Controller and purposes
CT-IT ApS, CVR 45578267, is the controller for visitor statistics on ct-it.dk. We use Google Analytics 4 and an internal counter to understand visits, traffic sources and campaigns and improve public pages. The basis for optional statistics is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.
Data
Statistics can include page views, time, browser/device type, approximate geographical information, a reduced referrer and UTM campaign parameters. Google receives the technical connection information needed to receive requests. We do not send contact form contents, portal information or CRM data. Only approved public paths are measured. Other query parameters and URL fragments are removed. Do not put personal information in campaign parameters.
Google and storage
Google supplies Analytics. CT-IT accepted Google's Data Processing Terms on 4 September 2026. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA; the terms describe the safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. See Google's information about data transfers.
The account allows data sharing with Google for product improvement, aggregated business insights, technical support and business recommendations. See Google's description of account data sharing. Advertising consent remains denied on this website.
The configured GA4 retention periods are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The user-data retention period resets on new activity. These settings do not control most aggregated standard reports.
Analytics browser cookies expire at most 12 months after their last update; the consent cookie lasts 12 months. Browser cookie expiry differs from Google’s event-data retention. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies, but does not itself delete historical data.
Contact and your rights
Contact theodore@ct-it.dk or carl@ct-it.dk, telephone +45 29 17 34 25, regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction or other data protection requests. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Contact details submitted to CT-IT are used to respond to your inquiry; portal data is handled separately from visitor statistics.
